The consequences of the TLF and its tappering into the hatching of tc.org has started to bear impact. A cooperation between UgaBYTES-Uganda and Sarvodaya-Sri Lanka was reached late night. Sarvodaya will provide community integration model guides and manuals to UgaBYTES to support the East African Network's strategy of increasing grassroots impact. Arrangements have been completed for the UgaBYTES team to visit Sarvodaya in the first quarter of 2006 to further the understanding of the grassroots programs. Within the comparation UgaBYTES, will support the online strategy of Sarvodaya.

Telecenter.org on Thursday 17 November 2005 hatched its long awaited strategic plan to support telecenters and Telecenter networks across the developing countries.

Global solidarity of the Telecenters across telecenter Networks  is the key to Telecenter-led development. Personally the few days of collaborative communications with TLFs have helped me find Taarahat a Telecenter network in India whose emphasis to people in its telecenters can help UgaBYTES and its member telecenters become more focused to community development. Surender Rana of Taarahat has agreed upon this collaborative partnership after WSIS. Priyanthi Daluwatte from Siri ranka has also offered to help in the same challenges.

As we reflect on the future of Telecenters and their role in development@wsis-the first three days at the Telecenter leaders' forum have guided Telecenter leaders on the need for a global solidality of Telecenters for community development. Participants from Latin America, Africa and Asia are positive for the Timely launch of Telecentre.org. I am personally optimistic that global synergism will be achieved in the Telecenter movement for the first in the history of Telecenters.

One of the highlights of the telecentre leaders forum - first sessions was the group exercise that sought to build on the momentum of the "spectrum". The question of the "spectrum" was "Internet connectivity is the most important thing required for sustainable telecentres"
